Payment Policy
PAYMENTS
Payment must be made by an accepted Payment Method. You are fully responsible for all charges relating to the use of BoxedSpirit.
You may make payments through the following Payment Methods:
making a purchase through a third-party platform, such as Apple App Store and Google Play Store; or
paying with your credit card, debit card or PayPal account, which will be processed by a third-party processor
Once you have made a purchase, you authorise us to charge your chosen Payment Method. If we do not receive payment from your chosen Payment Method, you agree to promptly pay all amounts due to us. Failure to do so will result in the termination of your subscription.
The issuer of your Payment Method may:
charge you certain fees, such as a foreign transaction fee or other fees relating to the processing of your Payment Method; and
charge in a different currency than that which is advertised in your country. Local tax charges may vary depending on the Payment Method used.
Check with your Payment Method service provider for details.
We reserve the right to refuse payments at our reasonable discretion, including but not limited to if we suspect fraudulent and/or Illegal activity.
Any payments will be processed through a secure third-party website. However, you acknowledge and agree that Internet transmissions cannot be guaranteed to be entirely secure or private and any information provided by you (including credit or debit card information) may be able to be read and/or intercepted by a third-party. BoxedSpirit shall have no liability for the interception and/or 'hacking' of any data or other unauthorised access to information provided by you.
SUBSCRIPTIONS AND AUTO-RENEWAL
Your subscription will only cover access to BoxedSpirit’s premium features.
The subscription will be billed on a monthly or annual basis (depending on the term of the subscription chosen by you during your sign up) to your chosen Payment Method on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your paid subscription, or as otherwise specified by the issuer of your Payment Method. In some cases, the date for billing may change, for example, if your subscription began on a date not contained in a given month.
You may view your next billing date and change your Payment Method via your Profile in the BoxedSpirit app. If you signed up for BoxedSpirit using an account with a third-party as a Payment Method, you may need to visit your account with the applicable third-party to view payment information and change your method of payment.
Any subscriptions for BoxedSpirit will automatically renew at the end of the Subscription Period unless you cancel or terminate your subscription. To avoid charges for the new Subscription Period, you must cancel (see Cancellations/Terminations) prior to the end of the current Subscription Period.
CANCELLATIONS/TERMINATIONS
Deleting your account or deleting the application from your device will not cancel your subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by viewing your Profile in the app and clicking Cancel Subscription.
If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the premium features of BoxedSpirit offered by that subscription for the duration of the last Subscription Period you paid for, but:
you will not be eligible for a prorated refund
your subscription will not be renewed when that Subscription Period expires
Once the last Subscription Period you paid for expires, you will no longer have access to the features of BoxedSpirit enabled by that subscription. You may continue to access any free features offered by BoxedSpirit.
If you signed up for BoxedSpirit using your account with a third-party as a Payment Method and wish to cancel your subscription to BoxedSpirit, you may need to do so through such third-party: for example, by visiting your account with the applicable third-party and turning off auto-renew, or unsubscribing from BoxedSpirit through that third-party.
REFUNDS
All charges for purchases and subscriptions are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially-used Subscription Periods.
PRICE CHANGES
We may change our service plans from time to time. We reserve the right to increase the price for the BoxedSprit subscription for any reason, including but not limited to: changing market conditions; increases in operational costs; or in the event of an increase in the local VAT, GST (or equivalent) rate.
You will be notified via email of any changes to our payment terms to the most recent email address we hold for you at least 30 days prior to changes taking place. You will be deemed to have accepted these modified terms and conditions if you do not communicate your cancellation to us within this 30 day period, and your subscription will transfer to the new pricing at the start of the new Subscription Period.
